Each request is matched against region coverage, current workload, response history, and client ratings. New companies get a fair starting allocation and earn their way up the queue by responding fast, closing well, and treating clients well.
Yes. Most companies on Estimia manufacture in-house or work with the suppliers they already trust. The Estimia factory option is available if you want it — particularly useful for autónomos without their own workshop — but never required.
After you submit the apply form, we run a short verification call to confirm your company details, regions of operation, and brand catalogue. Once approved, your workspace is configured and ready the same week.
There is no per-lead fee. Plans are tiered by the role you play — installer, dealer, or aggregator — and we discuss the right fit during the onboarding call. The leads themselves are not auctioned and not sold per piece.
You only pay a success fee when you actually close and sign a deal — nothing for leads, calls, or quotes that go nowhere. We succeed when you succeed, so our incentive is to send you requests you can realistically win. For homeowners the platform is completely free: they compare quotes and choose a company at no cost.

A homeowner can request quotes from several companies at once, compare them, and choose the one that serves them best — that is deliberate, and it keeps the market fair: the best offer and the fastest response win. Once the client chooses you, the order is yours: they communicate only with you, their tracking portal carries your logo and contact details, and your client list, pricing, and margins stay strictly isolated from every other company on the platform.
The workspace and the client portal are available in Spanish, English, and Russian today, with more languages on the way. AI-assisted translation helps you communicate with clients who write in a language your team does not speak.
Yes — both paid plans include a website hosted by Estimia. Pro (€49/mo) gives you a full website on your own domain with SEO built in. Max (€199/mo) adds the live window calculator embedded on the page, so a visitor gets a price and becomes a lead without leaving your site. The free Basic plan (for installers receiving jobs) does not include a website.
Either works. Point an existing domain at the site, or have a .es domain included with your plan if you do not have one yet. Estimia handles the hosting, SSL certificate, deployment and setup — there is no web agency to hire and no separate hosting bill to pay.
The site is generated from your Estimia company profile: your logo and brand colour, the services and brands you install, your photo gallery, your verified client reviews, your FAQ, and your contact details with a map. It stays in sync automatically — when you edit your profile in Estimia, the website rebuilds itself within minutes. You never touch HTML or a page builder.
Yes. Each site is a fast, statically generated, mobile-first page with clean semantic markup and per-page SEO metadata — the technical foundations search engines reward — and it links to and from your verified profile on estimia.es. It will not outrank a national brand overnight, but for local searches like “aluminium windows in Valencia” it gives you a real, indexable presence instead of a dead social page.
Many companies migrate from a generic CRM or from spreadsheets. The Estimia workspace is purpose-built for windows and doors — the calculator, the bill of materials, the PDF quote, and the subcontractor workflow are not generic features you can recreate in HubSpot or Pipedrive.
