Window prices in Spain 2026 — the real price list

Most price guides give you a vague €/m² band and leave you to guess. This one is built from real, current quotes by a verified manufacturer on Estimia — priced by exact size and opening type, so you can find a window close to yours and see what it actually costs before installation and VAT.

Real window price list for Spain 2026
Note

Every figure on this page is a supply (ex-works) price for the window itself with a standard 4/16/4 double-glazed unit — the price the factory charges before VAT and before anyone fits it in your wall. We publish them in this raw form on purpose: it is the only way to compare one quote against another honestly, because installation, removal and IVA can be presented a dozen different ways. Scroll down to the factory price to installed price section to see how the number on the table becomes the number on your invoice.

Standard PVC — Rehau EURO 70 mm

The value benchmark for a Spanish refurbishment: a 70 mm, five-chamber PVC profile with a 4/16/4 double-glazed unit. This is the table most flat owners should price against first.

Thermal-break aluminium — Cortizo COR 70 Industrial

Slimmer sightlines and the strength to carry big openings, with a polyamide thermal break so it does not bleed heat like old aluminium. Costs more per square metre than PVC for the same glass.

Minimalist sliding walls — Cortizo COR VISION

The slim-framed, near-frameless sliding systems that turn a terrace wall into glass. These are the most expensive single items in most homes — and exactly what pushes a villa quote into five figures. Prices are per complete unit, shown for three common widths at a fixed 2.6 m height.

* Supply price per unit (VAT and installation excluded), for a wall of the given width at 2.6 m tall. A dash (—) means that layout is not built that narrow — the 4-panel and Galandage pocket systems start at roughly 3.3–3.6 m wide. COR VISION PLUS reaches the lowest Uw and the largest spans, up to 11 m wide; at that extreme a single wall runs about €18,700.

Bi-fold (folding) doors — Cortizo BI-FOLD plus

Panels that concertina back against the wall. A cheaper way than a glass wall to open a whole span, popular for terraces and indoor-outdoor kitchens. More panels means a wider opening, so each layout is priced across its own range of widths (all 2.0 m tall).

From factory price to installed price

The tables above are supply prices. Here is everything that sits between them and the total on your invoice.

Installation

Roughly €80–150 per standard window for a proper wet installation — removing the old frame, fitting, sealing and making good the reveal. Large sliding walls and upper floors needing scaffolding cost more.

VAT (IVA)

Window replacement in an existing home usually qualifies for the reduced 10% IVA rate when the installer supplies and fits. New build is 21%. Always check which rate a quote uses.

Removal & disposal

Taking out the old windows and carting away the escombros is usually €20–40 per unit. It should be a line item, not a surprise at the end.

Glass & hardware upgrades

Low-E or solar-control coatings, acoustic laminated panes, triple glazing, anti-burglary fittings and coloured lamination (+20–30%) all sit on top of the base supply price.

Worked example — one 100 × 100 cm window

  • Standard PVC tilt & turn (Rehau EURO 70, supply)€195
  • Installation + removal of the old window≈ €110
  • IVA at the reduced 10% renovation rate≈ €30
  • Installed total≈ €335

That is about €335/m² installed for a 1 m² window — squarely inside the €280–480/m² PVC band you will see quoted across Spain. Bigger windows fall well below it per m²; small windows and premium glass push above it.

What moves the price

Why two quotes for the same opening can differ by 60%.

Size — but not linearly

A 60 × 60 tilt-and-turn in standard PVC is €130 — about €360/m². The same window at 140 × 140 is €332 — only €170/m². Every visit and fitting has a fixed cost, so small windows are dear per square metre and doing the whole home at once is far cheaper.

Opening type

A fixed pane is the cheapest thing in the catalogue; a tilt-and-turn costs more for the hardware; sliding and lift-and-slide more again. At 100 × 100 in standard PVC the jump runs €91 fixed → €195 tilt-and-turn → €329 sliding.

Material & Uw

The same 100 × 100 tilt-and-turn is €195 in standard PVC (Uw 0.99), €297 in premium PVC (Uw 0.80) and €504 in thermal-break aluminium (Uw 1.4). Lower Uw and aluminium both cost more.

Colour, glass & shutters

Coloured lamination adds 20–30%; acoustic or solar-control glass, triple glazing and a built-in monoblock shutter (+€115–238 per window above) all add on top of the base.

Frequently asked questions about prices

Are these prices with or without VAT and installation?

Without. Every table figure is a supply (ex-works) price for the window with a 4/16/4 glass unit. Add roughly €80–150 per window for installation and 10% IVA (reduced renovation rate) to estimate the installed cost — the worked example on this page shows the full sum.

How much does a 100 × 100 PVC window cost?

In standard PVC (Rehau EURO 70), a 100 × 100 cm window is €91 fixed, €170 casement or €195 tilt-and-turn as a supply price. Add a monoblock shutter for €180. Installed with fitting and VAT, a single unit lands around €335.

Why is aluminium more expensive than PVC here?

For the same 100 × 100 tilt-and-turn, thermal-break aluminium (Cortizo COR 70) is €504 against €195 for standard PVC. You pay for slimmer sightlines, strength on large spans and durability — not better insulation, since the PVC actually has a lower Uw.

Why are the sliding glass walls so much more expensive?

COR VISION and VISION PLUS are engineered, near-frameless systems carrying very large panes of glass — up to 11 m wide and 2.9 m tall. A single 4 m glass wall is €7,000–9,500 in supply alone, which is why one or two of them dominate a villa quote.

Why does the same size cost more as a tilt-and-turn than a casement?

Because of the hardware. A tilt-and-turn has a more complex set of hinges and gears that let the sash both swing open and tilt for ventilation. A casement only swings, so it uses simpler, cheaper fittings.

Are these prices a binding offer?

No — they are a current market reference from a verified manufacturer on Estimia, to help you judge whether a quote is fair. Your exact price depends on measurements, glass, colour, access and installation. Send your details to get real binding quotes.
