The ASE 60 is a lift-and-slide (ASE) aluminium system with a 140 mm frame depth (2 tracks) and 60 mm sash depth. It reaches a thermal value from Uw 1.1 W/(m²·K), an acoustic rating up to Rw 41 dB, air permeability Class 4 and watertightness Class E900, with burglar resistance up to RC2.
A single sash spans up to 3500 × 3500 mm. Sash weight reaches up to 500 kg with manual operation, rising to up to 600 kg when fitted with the TipTronic drive. This lets you glaze very large openings with the fewest possible mullions.
The ASE 60 takes infills up to 40 mm thick. That accommodates standard double and many triple glazing units. If you need thicker, higher-performance units, the related ASE 80.HI accepts glazing up to 60 mm.
