How does AluNext differ from regular PVC windows with aluminum cladding?

AluNext is not just plastic with an overlay, but a structural hybrid. Aluminum and PVC are rigidly bonded during the profile manufacturing stage. This gives the system incredible strength and the aesthetics of a full aluminum window (straight 90° corners, matte textures) while retaining the warmth and tightness of the best plastic profile.

Can AluNext be used for tall panoramic glazing?

This is one of the main strengths of the system. Thanks to the rigidity of the aluminum component, AluNext allows manufacturing sashes up to 2.6 meters high. This makes the system an ideal replacement for "cold" aluminum in panoramic villa projects where huge light openings are required without heat loss.

How does AluNext behave under direct sunlight in Spain?

The aluminum outer layer takes on all thermal loads. Unlike regular PVC, which can expand when heated, the hybrid structure of AluNext maintains dimensional stability even in dark colors (black, anthracite) at surface temperatures up to +80°C. The windows don't warp and always close perfectly.

Is this system environmentally friendly?

Yes, AluNext was developed within the Circular Economy concept. All profile materials are easily separated and fully recyclable. Recycled PVC and aluminum are used in production, reducing your home's carbon footprint without compromising structural quality.
